Refunds & Returns
You are entitled to a replacement or refund where item(s) are:
We are not required to replace your product if you simply change your mind.
However, if you are not happy with your product, Wolfpack Wear may, at our discretion, decide to exchange, providing the product is returned to us in its original new condition with proof of purchase. Please let us know if you are unsatisfied with a product or the service you have received from us.
Some products need to be assessed
We may need to assess your product to determine whether a repair, replacement or refund is appropriate.
In some cases a refund, replacement or repair may not be offered if you:
substantially modify the product
- misuse the product contrary to user instructions or labels
- simply change your mind.
Products that are usually excluded under our Returns Policy unless they are faulty include:
- Custom orders - back backs, replica jerseys etc.
Requesting a Refund
- Please provide your receipt or other proof of purchase. (e.g. bank statement / transaction history).
- Return the product in the same condition as it was purchased.
- Please allow up to 30 days for your refund to be processed.
- All images depicted on this website are a 3D artist rendered representation of each product. - They are not photos.
- For this reason there may be a slight variance in colour, logo size, design size, logo placement, design style, shape etc.
- Items can be viewed in person at the Wolves Offices.
- Wolfpack Wear endeavours to ensure all product images are an accurate reflection of each product but please allow for any variance listed above.
